Really cute sweet and souvenir shop and it’s a few minutes drive from ESCAPE. They have really yummy maple glazed donuts and pies. The apple crisp, caramel walnut apple pie is pretty good. They also sell maple syrup, Vermont cheese, some cute Vermont souvenirs like mugs, magnets, and sweatshirts, and Norman Rockwell paintings and exhibit. Definitely make sure to visit since it’s so close to us and if you have a sweet tooth you will love it.

This is a small country grocery store but we love coming here because it has so much character. They’ve kept the original old handle on the door because it has become a staple of the town. You can get chips, drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, sweets, pies, frozen food, and they also have a deli-counter that serves sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. About 5 minutes drive from the AirBNB.

*Open only during the warm seasons: Cute red dairy barn that serves soft-serve maple ice cream and other flavors. Also serves food like fried mac and cheese bites and appetizers, sandwiches, fries. Dairy Barn is just a few minutes drive from the AirBNB. It’s seasonal though and only open during the warmer months.
